It seems like I have lost my ability to be able to sleep for 12 hours or more in a stretch and its a tragedy. I went to bed at close to 11pm and I woke up at 4.30am! Thats less than 6 hours! My biological clock is officially screwed. SCREWED.

Anyway, I would be temporary free from stress cause today is the last day for me to have anymore assignments/presentation due! I swear I am going to enjoy myself for 2 days before revising for my finals. Bwahahaha. *sigh*

I have to prepare a 2 and half mins speech and also a 150-200 words assignment now. Feeling so lazie cause I am already in the enjoy-for-2-days mood! Okay. I am going to take a shower and then start battling.

Sometimes I am quite impress with my own crapping skills. In both writing assignments and blogging.

Sunday night, Bhav and I decided to do our laundry at 11+pm. Since she had to revise and I had to complete an assignment, we brought out books, materials and my laptop along. Oh. We brought some coffee too.

We spent half an hr chit chatting before deciding to get down to real business while waiting for our clothes to be done washing. I was initially sitting on the table and Bhav was sitting on another table. The power of the laundry room was so great that I managed to complete more than half of my assignment before I decided to camwhore a lil.

After transferring my clothes from the washing machine to the dryer, I found that my feet were pretty dirty. So I decided to to this!

The Halloween party was boringgg (according to many) but funn(according to me lol)!! Hehe. Its weird I know but I guess it all good cause I spent half of my time there dancing and the rest taking pictures and playing foosball and fooling around with some monsters.

The only disappointing thing is that some people didnt dress up lo…. and yes! They are Asians. lol. Malaysians I think. I cannot believe that I danced for more than 2 hours in my heels. Seriously. I mean, I dont even dance at parties and I danced last night, in heels! Crazy. But it was really fun dancing around lah. I think there was a lesbian there too. She kept coming on Bhav and I. The music was pretty good but Bhav said otherwise. *shurgs*

Okay lah. Let me post one teaser first. Will post the rest of the pictures up soon. Quite a lot of them and I havent resized them yet! Have to do assignment first Tomorrow dueeeee

Poor things.

Its the “assignments due” period again. Well, it started two weeks ago and will end next week. Everyone in the house looks like zombie. People with imperfect complexion like me would get zits. Well, it is about 40 hrs away from Halloween party and I have one humongous zit on my left chin and it hurts damn a lot.  Its bad. Its real bad.

Helen looks like a panda now. I think she slept for less than 10 hrs these two days and she is still awake now! She just left with John(village mate) to McD lol. Its 4.22am now. I am supposed to sleep and get up at 10am to continue to do my assignment. 900 words to go and then I can hand it in before my class at 1pm although its due at 5pm. Oh well. I dont want to skip that seminar.

Bhav is the poorest thing! She has to work, she has to do assignment, and she has to do her pracs at nursing homes and rehabilitation  centers. Poor thing. So I think I shouldnt complain so much since all I have to do is to do assignments? But then… my workload is heavier… Oh well.

I want to cry *sniffs* Its less than 3 weeks to final exams and I still have two more assignments and one more presentation to do after I hand in the assignment tomorrow. Sien! And I have to revise too. At least Bhav only has 2 final papers. I have 4 I think I have the most final papers in the house. Linzzie only has two! So unfair *sobs*

I already figured out what to be for Halloween! But I shall keep it a secret until I post pictures up here. Heehehehe. Its so torturing. I cant wait to show everyone(at least my housemates) but Bhav told me I should not or else “some girl” in the house might try to outdo me cause Bhav doesnt want her to dress up sexier than me! Lol.

Very funny lah I tell you! There have been dramas going on in the house. I shall blog bout it next week!

I am now trying to make notes for my presentation later in the morning. You see, I am at my last point but I just feel so reluctant to do anymore work. I dont even feel like looking at my powerpoint! Its the same kind of dreadful feeling I usually get when I had to open my MS words. I mean, even opening MS Words is like an accomplishment! I am weird.

I still cannot wait to show everyone my outfit. How?! And I have to wait till Sat night Apparently I can invite one guest thats not staying in my village. Anyone that knows where am I want to join the party?

Wooohhoooo!

Just came back from watching Aston Villa v. MU from common room with Vegard and Kari (the girl in green toga in my previous post). Its months since I last watched a soccer game and man, it was great. MU played so crappy the first half of the first half and I thought they probably got bribed to lose or something. There were so many ridiculous pass!Like, totally ridiculous.

But it ended all well

Went to play foosball during first half. Team V vs Kari and some random guy and Team V won again! Oh well, V for victory eh?

There have been some dramas going on in the house earlier on. Hopefully they will subside soon… Pretty tiring living in the dramas. I think I am getting sick. Must be the rain this morning. It rained when Bhav and I was walking back from Coles. And I have to do assignment tomorrow! Please. Please let me sleep it off and be healthy again tomorrooowwwwwwww.

It was a party thrown for Helen(one of my housemates)’s birthday and she invited us to go. It was at someone else’s house which was located about 10 mins’ walk away. But we got a ride there anyway! The theme is toga! Initially, I wanted to wear normal party clothes to go but I felt bad after seeing everyone getting their toga ready! Its all bedsheets and curtains, by the way. So I grabbed my pink bedsheet and asked Sally(another housemate) to help me with it. And I turned out like this!

I am so glad that I went in my toga(bedsheet)! Because everyone turned up in their toga(bedsheet)! It was such a great party. Like, great. I had so much fun! And as I mentioned in my previous entry, I even had two bottles of vodka(and some punch)! Oh man. It was really exciting. I was one of the only 2 Asian girls there, the only new one to the group. Made a lot of new friends as eveyrone got friendly under the effect of alcohol lol.

Was dancing, fooling around with people, playing pool, playing game cards, threatening to puke on others, and laugh and laugh and hugs! It was my first costume party and it was great. Everyone drank so no one was driving… so we walked home in our togas 2am in the morning. Pretty fun actually! But it was quite cold. Bleh. But it was an experience that I wont get anywhere else. These people are so great.

Theres a Halloween party coming up on 27th and I cant wait. I think I am going to go as a dark angel. Need to shop for a black corset, black choker and a black lacey skirt! Loan me one, anyone?

I have been a much happier person recently.

I made a lot of new friends and non of them are from Malaysia. Well, non of them are even Asians. And I really enjoy their company. Went to Helen’s Bday party one Saturday and it was an eye opener. I was one of the only 2 Asian girls out of 30-40 people from US, Europe and Aus there and heck, I didnt feel out of place at all.

In fact, it was the best party I have ever attended. It was a party I have enjoyed myself the most. I even drank two bottles of liqour(ppl who knows me know that I dont really like to drink)! It was a toga party and everyone turned up in their toga(bedsheet/curtain) and I admire their spirit so much. If I were to throw a toga party in M’sia, I am sure it would have been a failure.

I remember bitching about my housemates being noisy and stuffs at the begining of this semester but.. but… I love them all now!

I really admire them in someways. In the way that they were brought up, their thinking, their attitude and spirit. And they inspire me a lot. It is during this time when I feel really fortunate to be a Malaysia because I am able to communicate well with both the Western and Eastern people. I am really glad that I did not stick only Asians like my two Chinese housemates because making friends with the westerners really broaden my mind.

Before this I never thought I’ld be able to play beach volleyball like how I am able to now. I never thought that I would be able to play tennis like I am able to now. These people are so supportive and encouraging that you’ld still feel happy even if you played crappy.

I love them. I gained my self esteem back from them. My self-confidence too. I feel so good now! I am not worried about being a size 8 anymore! I am not worried about being tanned anymore! I am not worried about a lot of things anymore because my housemates showed me that they live much happier without worrying much. Things will fall into places as things proceed.

I cant put in words how much I appreciate what I have learned from them.

All I can say is, I am really glad that I came here. How foolish I was.
