I went to campus yesterday to borrow some books from library to study with despite having a really bad experience with Sunlight Cab(I took a Public cab instead!). Then I found out I got 31.4 out of 50 for my Tourism Management assessment, which basically means I am pretty much screwed. Then found out that I got 30 out of 50 for my Human Resource Management assessment, which means I am pretty much screwed too. So I have to study really hard for my finals in hope to get a pass or credit or distinction if lucky.

4 essay questions 2 two hours for Tourism Management. Got about 8 topics to study on. How to make it? *sigh*

The HRM has got one extra case study some more. =(

Will find out my Organisational Behaviour and Business Communication assessment marks on Wednesday. Pretty anxious =\

Okay. Sunlight Cab is a service based company and yet the customer service sucks. And they wonder why people call the cab and often end up not having and customers. HELLO? IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST, OKAY??

The conversation went like this :

The Bitch : Hello sunlight cab.
Me : Hi. I would like a cab from *** to ***.
TB : Where are you calling from( I dont bother adding the “?” because it sounded like a statement more than a question)
Me : ***
TB : Where you want to go
Me : ***

*ding ding ding* (music started to play so I waited. some minutes later…)

TB : You called a cab already or what?
Me : Er. No? I just called a cab with this call.
TB : Then you have to give me your phone number lah. You dont give how I send the cab to you? Whats your phone number???
Me : You didnt ask.
TB : *said something which I didnt catch but wasnt good* Whats your phone number????
Me : ***********

*hung up without saying anything else*

WTF. I AM TOO ANGRY TO EVEN JUSTIFY MY CASE. Thats not the first time I called Sunlight cab and got blamed for not giving them my number. How am I supposed to tell you when you play the damn music right after I tell you where I want to go lah?! Bitch! You tell me!! 15 mins has passed. No call from them. Too angry to blog sumore.
