But most people take them as the same thing. Some people get offended when you try to give them a piece of advice which might not sound good to them. As for comment, you will just have to think twice before making any. Some might not share the same sense of humour.

It worse when it happens between you and people dear to you. Is that why some people just keep their mouth shut watching their friends and family doing the wrong thing? Hrm.
